32-channel compact RIC hearing aid with five-level environmental management, Bluetooth fitting and the highest channel configuration in the RIC-M family.
The AcoSound RW32-RIC-M is a 32-channel RIC hearing aid with Bluetooth fitting and the highest-channel configuration in the five-model RIC-M family.
It is developed for hearing aid distributors, specialist clinics, medical device importers, professional retail networks and private-label brands that need a compact receiver-in-canal product with detailed digital processing and replaceable A312 battery operation.
RW32-RIC-M combines 32-channel digital processing, DFBC 3.0 Adaptive feedback cancellation, five-level Intelligent Wind Noise Management, five-level Intelligent Impulse Noise Management, EDNR 3.0 environmental noise reduction up to 25 dB, automatic gain control and Intelligent Adaptive Directionality.
Its acoustic platform uses a 115 dB SPL output / 50 dB gain power matrix with a 90–100 dB fitting range. Maximum OSPL90 is 118 dB SPL, HFA OSPL90 is 114 dB SPL, maximum FOG50 gain is 46 dB, and HFA FOG50 gain is 42 dB. Frequency response is 200–5000 Hz.
The device uses a replaceable A312 zinc-air battery with approximately 80 hours of estimated operation. It is not rechargeable. Bluetooth-based fitting, compatible App workflows and PC Fitting Software are supported. Bluetooth audio streaming is not currently available.
RW32-RIC-M completes the RIC-M range with the highest processing-channel count in the family.
Thirty-two channels provide the greatest number of frequency-specific adjustment regions across the five models, giving hearing-care professionals a detailed platform for fitting and giving distributors a clear endpoint for a structured 8-, 12-, 16-, 24- and 32-channel portfolio.
Its commercial value comes from the complete configuration rather than channel count alone. Five-level wind management, five-level impulse-noise management, Intelligent Adaptive Directionality, DFBC 3.0 Adaptive and EDNR 3.0 up to 25 dB give B2B buyers a clearly differentiated higher-channel RIC option.
The 32-channel RIC hearing aid architecture provides the greatest number of frequency-specific adjustment regions in the RIC-M family.
For hearing-care professionals, this gives additional granularity when shaping amplification across the response range. For purchasing teams and private-label brands, the 32-channel specification provides a measurable way to distinguish RW32-RIC-M from lower-channel configurations.
RW32-RIC-M provides five levels of Intelligent Wind Noise Management, compared with four levels on RW24-RIC-M. The function is designed to address wind-related microphone disturbance as part of the environmental-processing package.
The model also provides five levels of Intelligent Impulse Noise Management for short, abrupt acoustic events.
Together with EDNR 3.0, these functions give RW32-RIC-M the highest listed wind and impulse management levels in the RIC-M family.
RW32-RIC-M uses EDNR 3.0 environmental noise reduction up to 25 dB.
RW24-RIC-M also provides EDNR 3.0 up to 25 dB. The main verified differences between the two models are therefore the 24-versus-32-channel configuration and the four-versus-five-level wind and impulse management settings.
Feedback management uses DFBC 3.0 Adaptive feedback cancellation, designed to help manage unwanted acoustic feedback during fitting and operation.
RW24-RIC-M and RW32-RIC-M share this feedback-management designation.
Directional processing uses Intelligent Adaptive Directionality.
RW24-RIC-M and RW32-RIC-M share this directional configuration, so RW32-RIC-M is differentiated primarily through its higher channel count and five-level environmental-management settings.
For professional hearing-care teams, directionality remains part of the complete fitting and processing package.
RW32-RIC-M supports Bluetooth-based fitting and compatible App functions.
Supported workflows include:
Bluetooth on RW32-RIC-M is used for fitting and compatible App functions. Bluetooth audio streaming is not currently available.
This allows distributors and clinics to describe the wireless capability accurately without implying support for music or phone-call audio streaming.
RW32-RIC-M uses a replaceable A312 zinc-air battery and provides approximately 80 hours of estimated operation.
Actual runtime can vary with programmed gain, wireless activity, battery quality, temperature and operating conditions.
For distributors serving markets with established A312 battery supply, the replaceable-battery format provides a compact RIC option without charging-case inventory and can complement rechargeable RIC products in a broader portfolio.
